What is it about?

As early as Galelio and Newtonian times till today, all scientific standards were established for isolated systems. These standards attached isolated conditions by restricting of environmental participation. Now the paper establishes another system by using non-simultaneous time to modulate environmental participation and bio-system evolution, making the discipline of biological sciences closer to facts and can explain many phenomena that are quite challenging by conventional bio-system model.
