Why is it important?
We use descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson Chi-Square test, crosstabulation or contingency table) in order to identify the percentage of electronic banking adoption. A random sample of 100 adults were asked to fill in a questionnaire, based on previous investigations concerning internet and electronic banking (e.g. Munusamy et al., 2012 [38], Chau & Ngai 2010, Durkin 2004), modified to the specific circumstances. We used the SPSS 22 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences).
