Why is it important?

The increasing prevalence of working-age people living with the sequelae of stroke increase the need to assess an individual's work-related needs after a stroke. However, there is a paucity of information regarding the special considerations of individuals with aphasia.

Perspectives

I hope this article can be a resource for both rehabilitation counselors and speech-language pathologists, and a support for interprofessional practice in this area.
