What is it about?
Clinical audit of small animal cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Performed in one small animal hospital with both veterinary surgeons and registered veterinary nurses. This audit was carried out over the course of 12 months, results demonstrated a need for standardised CPR training. This audit is one of the first of it's kind.

Why is it important?
RECOVER guidelines identify a knowledge gap in understanding how frequent veterinary professionals require CPR training to maintain quality skills. Although plenty of human health studies which are relatable, this audit looked specifically at veterinary professionals in a GP hospital setting. This audit is one of the first of it's kind.
