Perspectives

As a pulmonologist, I see lots of patients with tuberculosis. Sometimes these patients have comorbid conditions such as Diabetes Mellitus, Chronic liver disease, Chronic Renal Disease or on immunosuppressants. Such patients require careful evaluation, diagnosis and proper follow up after starting on treatment. I learnt a lot from such patient and by writing this article, it is my way show gratitude to them. I hope it will be helpful to scientific society.
