What is it about?

In a systematic review, I examined how novice teachers assess their teacher education programmes (TEPs) in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. The findings indicated that TEPs have more weaknesses than strengths, and provided recommendations for improving the design and implementation of teacher preparation programmes in the GCC region.
