What is it about?
COVID 19 Pandemic has caused devastated impact through all part of the world. Fear of the Virus makes people avoiding themselves from seeing other by working from home. However the only profession who cannot run and must keep doing what they are doing, is A nurse. The demand for ICU bed are increasing, similar with the need for skillfull nurses with ventilator and willing to work with complete not comfortable PPE. The chance to make mistake under stressful enviroment is elevating by working with inexperience volunteer Nurses who are counted as the core nursing staff

Why is it important?
The chance for disaster take place is unpredictable, Letting know the world leader or hospital leader for what might the nurses face under that situation, might make way for the better regulation regarding nursing staff recruitment, protection, supervision, training,and payment.
Perspectives
Writing this article on phenomenology is something new for me. And I think I like the unique version of finding answer by doing in-depth interview with all the participants.
