Why is it important?
Useful because the piece involves the aims of the UN and countries to control the terrorism during the XX Century, with emphasis in the Cold War and the international order after the Al Qaeda attacks, that provokes the UNSC Resolution 1393 against the international terrorism, one of the most complex problems of the contemporary order.
