M-learning is a learning process supported by the use of wireless and mobile technologies

What is it about?

This article aims to identify if undergraduate students in an administration course use mobile devices for their own development, for individual or corporative initiative. A survey was carried out with 141 respondents.

Why is it important?

Results show that this use is still incipient. Among the main obstacles that turn the use of mobile devices difficult, the following were cited: unavailability of services, fear of being robbed and high cost of mobile and data connection gadgets.
