A total of 131 dental implants were placed. Before surgery, the residual keratinized mucosa was measured with a periodontal probe. A partial thickness flap was elevated in the implat site and than apically repositioned. Follow up were at 6 months, at 12, 24, 36 and 48 and tissutal thickness and amount was evaluated
