Why is it important?
The results revealing the richness of Tunisian olive leaves in phenolic compounds. Furthermore, phenolic profile could be used as a fingerprint to discriminate olive leaves based on cultivars. In the other hand, the obtained results showed that Sayali extract exhibited the strongest antioxidant and antiproliferative potentials. In the light of these findings, Sayali extract could be recommended as a source of antioxidants components used for therapeutic industries
