What is it about?
This article aims to throw a series of relevant perspectives on safety against terrorism and international crime from the Colombian experience. East work articulates strategic dimensions in a general way, but focuses on relationships with Africa, especially with the Horn of Africa. This document is a panoramic view on one of the dimensions in which Colombia is an exporter of knowledge. In that order of ideas, general but strategic lines are presented in the matter, especially in the fight against piracy.
