What is it about?
Impaired progesterone (P4) signaling is linked to endometrial dysfunction and infertility in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Our study is the first to show that the therapeutic effects of metformin on the regulation of uterine function in PCOS-like rats is mediated through P4 signaling.
