What is it about?
Combined pituitary hormone deficiency has an incidence of approximately 1:8000 births. These patients lack normal GH levels together with other pituitary hormone. The anterior pituitary is the end-product of a very well time-regulated pattern of expression of transcription factors. Here, we organized the state of art of this transcription factors.
