Treatment of injured tissue with help of MSC can be improved by pre-stimulating with DHT because of inducing proangiogenic factors and assisted homing.

Why is it important?
It is necessary to understand that treatment efficiency is directly dependent with cells behavior, therefore priming cells towards an proangiogenic status is mandatory. By using DHT to pre treat MSC, the chances of homing cells on injured site and to aid recovery are increasing.
Perspectives
My work on this article helped me to evolve my knowledge and the ability to make from different details a big picture of what means the web of regenerative medicine. It also made me aware of one of the fundaments of science: interdisciplinary work is mandatory for a profound understanding of what happens at the border between healthy and pathologic. Thanks again to all of our collaborators for sharing their time and experience.
