What is it about?
Carbon nanomaterials of different dimension and similar graphitic structure (carbon nanotubes CNTs, 1D and reduced graphene oxide RGO, 2D ) are used as reinforcements of epoxy polymer matrix. Dimension, processing and polymer matrix play an important role in mechanical, electrical and thermomechanical properties of the composites, probing that different parameters are important in the final properties and there is not a predominant nanostructure.
