What is it about?
The article explains how households simultaneously rely on thriving and surviving activities in the crisis period. While the literature explains these activities mainly as separate concepts, we provide empirical evidence that number of households simultaneously use the both activities to cope with the effect of crisis. We use survey data and an endogenous model estimated by the seemingly unrelated bivariate probit method.
