What is it about?

Human resource management practices positively influence affective and normative commitment to change, while reducing continuance commitment to change. However, when the influence of single practices is considered, their influence is leveling each other's out.

Why is it important?

It is important to know that human resource management practices help employees to commit to an organizational change. Further, their influence might be underestimated when the influence of single practices is considered simultaneously. It is thus better to find appropriate bundles.

Perspectives

I hope the methodological issues of how to bundle human resource management practices help to understand that their influence might be underestimated. This depends on the design that is used.
