What is it about?
Biological interpretation of high-throughput experimental data can be seen as a knowledge discovery challenge. But which types of biological knowledge should be considered? Here we review different types of information that we find useful for genotype-to-phenotype discovery, and describe approaches for integrating and mining such heterogeneous information.
