What is it about?

The paper describes computational analyses of single cell RNASeq data from AD and control post mortem brain samples. Specifically, I detected signifiant gene expression changes in neurones microglia and oligodendroytes cell marker genes.

Why is it important?

The study findings may open new venues for better understanding of the disease.

Perspectives

The paper topic is important as AD became worldwide health pandemic. Additionally the findings may enable future disease potential treatment using Cas9/Crispr system or early disease diagnosis.
