What is it about?
The goal of palliative care is to improvr the quality of life of the patients with life threatening diseases and their families. Home based palliative care is a newly introduced service in Bangladesh. This study aims to assess the quality of life of these patients getting this care.

Why is it important?
Quality of life depends on several dimensions. This study assessed the quality of life the patients with advanced cancer and the factors affecting them, and creates a baseline data for the reasechers and health care professionals to work on these aspects.
