What is it about?

This paper is a protocol to review strategies used to increase the vaccination rate for human papillomavirus vaccines. The uptake remains low globally even when the vaccine is known to be highly effective and efficient. Therefore it is important to know what works where.

Cervical and other Human papillomavirus-related cancers such as anal, vulva, head and neck and penile are on only rise, yet are preventable.

Perspectives

It will be good to know what is used and how these strategies have been implemented and who is targeted. There is a wide spectrum of stakeholders involved in the HPV vaccination cascade.
