What is it about?
Being physically active is a way to ensure the absence of low back pain 12 months after an acute episode of low back pain? This study aimed to assess the presence of low back pain one year after an acute episode of low back pain when considering the levels of physical activity practiced by the participants before the pain event.

Why is it important?
By studying the long-term effects of physical activity on the prevalence of pain and our overall health we can assure the patients to stay physically active as a way to prevent the onset of low back pain.
