Bacterial Etiology and Risk Factors Associated with Cellulitis and Purulent Skin Abscesses in Military Trainees

What is it about?

We use culture, serology, and high-throughput sequencing to discern bacterial etiology of SSTI (both purulent and non-purulent cellulitis). We also tease out risk factors associated with purulent and non-purulent SSTI.
