What is it about?
Deaths from coronary heart disease have been declined for several decades. However, it is feared that because of peoples ives are now longer, they will have more chances of develop heart disease. We show that the rate of decline is likely to be greater than the population ageing rate, thus, deaths from heart diseases might continue its fall.

Why is it important?
This suggest that it is possible that aging does not necessarily mean living with disease, at least not from heart diseases. Since preventing heart disease prevents also other disease like cancer and might also be related to reduced risk of dementia, these are encouraging news.
