We conducted a study to analyze the effects of using 5000 ppm F toothpaste and artificial saliva to enhance the demineralization of carious dentin. This paper investigates the potential of applying artificial saliva supplemented with propolis to improve the repair of demineralized dentin in a laboratory setting.

I hope this article will emphasize the importance of clinicians considering prescribing artificial saliva for patients suffering from dry mouth, as these treatments can also help promote dentin remineralization. Our research also found that the addition of propolis extract significantly enhances the remineralizing effects.
