What is it about?
Understanding different approaches to leadership in the UK voluntary sector, and the difference leadership makes to performance of voluntary organisations, charities, and social enterprises. We look at person, process and diversity in leadership, but also more particularly at the potential contributions of modern theories of collective leadership. We also look at the future research agenda.
