What is it about?
Using debriefing after a cardiac arrest to improve training, as well as helping the mental well-being of staff. This is a simple tool very easily implement in veterinary practices and hospitals, it brings no additional cost and not risk to the patient.

Why is it important?
Debriefing can help with training for CPR, improving confidence as well as helping the mental well-being of staff.
Perspectives
CPR is something not easily taught to veterinary medicine students and nursing students, making preparing for an arrest difficult. I believe using debriefing after any CPA incident can be beneficial to all staff and continued development.
