What is it about?
This paper is about reflexivity on qualitative research in midwifery, especially when researchers conduct an online interview with Mothers with very young babies. Interviews remain a crucial component of data collection for qualitative studies. This paper explores a midwife’s reflections on the difficulties of collecting data in qualitative research with mothers of very young babies. It will also discuss some important considerations before conducting interviews among mothers with young babies.

Why is it important?
This paper shows the importance of reflexivity during the online interview process with moms of very young babies. Young babies usually have unfixed sleep schedules, more crying, and more breastfeeding time. These activities distract the interview process and lead to result in invalid data. Such problems must be addressed.
