MND current treatment and treatments undergoing clinical trials are discussed.

What is it about?

Treatment and research is outlined. The ways in which those with the conditions can be assisted by support workers is discussed.

Why is it important?

Unfortunately, this means that there is currently no cure for MND and the disease cannot be prevented, although the symptoms of the various forms of MND can be reduced.

Perspectives
