What is it about?

We did a survey in the UK with 22 men who have lymphoedema not caused by cancer. These men told us about their experiences in the survey, which helped us understand how they see lymphoedema. The article explains what we did in our research and how we did it.

Why is it important?

Our research is important because it looks at men's health, both worldwide and in the UK. Organizations are starting to realize that gender affects health outcomes. In the UK, there's even a government inquiry specifically looking at how to support men's health.

Perspectives

I wrote this article because I'm really interested in lymphoedema and men's health. I talked to other authors who are experts in nursing and social sciences, and we shared our different perspectives. I hope this article helps people understand more about this topic and encourages us all to work together to make men's health better.
