What is it about?
Veterinary Women in Leadership is a collaborative project between XLVets and Veterinary Woman that brings together women from across the veterinary profession to inspire strong, healthy and representative leadership. This article reports on a panel discussion looking at what women can learn from each other's experiences of success and failure to help guide their career pathways.
