Why is it important?
Studies about expatriate health professionals are rare in Saudi Arabia. The findings of this study can help in provide suggestions for administrators, researchers and policy makers. The findings could inform health policies to redesign extrinsic job factors to reduce work stressors and maintain job satisfaction at acceptable level.
