What is it about?
The response of the mouse model to conventional immunosuppressive therapy, cyclophosphamide and prednisolone. Behavior was altered in lupus mice in line with observations in patients which was reduced by treatment. These changes aligned with changes in extracellular matrix proteins in brain.
