What is it about?
With advances in molecular biology, the mapping of the human genome and associated advances in science, a new revolution in drug design beckons, with promises of higher efficiency and disease targeting. This volume provides a few examples of how the new genetics may contribute to new drug design, and includes consideration of the ethical and clinical impacts of these scientific advances from the laboratory.
