What is it about?
We introduce a new multi-parameter traveltime stacking procedure that allows to calculate stacked sections at any offset. The procedure uses only two stacking parameters to approximate common-reflection-point trajectories.

Why is it important?
Local stacks along surfaces tangent to the data events help to improve signal-to-noise ratio and allow to interpolate missing traces or complete common-offset sections.
