What is it about?
Reservoir properties, such as net-to-gross and porosity, can be directly estimated from seismic data by combining with other data types and other sources of information. However all data are uncertain so methods that take into account the uncertainties of the prior information and provide probabilistic estimates are preferred. This paper describes a novel approach to this problem validated with case studies.

Why is it important?
This paper describes a practical solution to a difficult problem; integrating multiple data types to provide probabilistic reservoir property estimates. Results are validated by multiple blind well ties.
