What is it about?

Sometimes simple clinical examination such as hypertension guides us to diagnose and help in evaluation of cases related to Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia. Simple x- ray would greatly help in diagnosis. This case is unique in the sense the index case has also suffered from hematological disorder.

Assessment of the gender orientation and psychiatric evaluation is necessary for the cases related to ambiguous genitilia. On timed management helps patients to cope with social roles.

Reporting of such case of adrenal hyperplasia is beneficial for other patients as well as health care providers.
