Mycofier: a new machine learning-based classifier for fungal ITS sequences

What is it about?

We developed a strategy to classify fungi, based on the analysis of ITS (internal transcribed spacer of the ribosomal region) sequences that would enable faster classification of data from samples analyzed using high throughput sequencing.
