What is it about?
Using the aTouchAwayTM platform, in this study, we co-developed a multi-component virtual care solution (TtLIVE) for the home mechanical ventilation (HMV) population. The TtLIVE intervention consisted of (1) virtual home care; (2) customizable patient care; (3) clinical workflows that include reminders, symptom profile completion, and telemonitoring and (4) digitally secure communication via messaging, audio, and video calls; and (5) a resource library with print and audiovisual material.
