What is it about?
Several reports have focused on the value and biological transformation of industrial wastes as an alternative substrate for the production of high value-added components. Thus, glycerin from biodiesel production is an important alternative to overcome the cost of the fermentation medium, which, for example, is a critical aspect of commercial production and commercial applications of xanthan.
