Why is it important?

Many people are living with breathlessness but most of the public do not know much about it or what to do to manage it. As a result of this lots of people don't get the help that they could do through primary care but instead go to the emergency department.

Perspectives

It is very important that the public come to understand more about breathlessness because then these people will feel less inclined to cover up their breathlessness and can then increase their quality of life by being part of society more and accessing the support they need.
