What is it about?
The diagnosis of pleural Tuberculosis can be a challenge, and many diagnosis can be missed with the only evaluation of the pleural fluid. With this paper we propose a standardized work-up that includes fiberoptic bronchoscopy and medical thoracoscopy, and that allowed us for the correct diagnosis in the majority of the patients.
