What is it about?
Treating allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis - ABPA - involves many components, including correctly diagnosing this complicaion of asthma or cystic fibrosis - and then judiciously choosing among a variety of potential treatments including oral or intravenous steroids, oral or inhaled antifungals, or immunomodulating monoclonal antibodies.
