What is it about?
Proteomic analysis of the small extracellular vesicles called exosomes purified from plasma of progressive leukemic patients allowed us to identify S100-A9 protein, at progression times. We have shown in turn that S100-A9 loaded exosomes are able to activate canonical NF-kB pathway, thus promoting disease progression.
