Why is it important?
Students satisfaction is an important element to be considered in educational planning however mostrich educators do not give the needed attention to students satisfaction. Knowing the determinants of students' satisfaction will help educators to tailor their limited resources towards achieving students satisfaction which will in turn help improve the level abs quality of education of educational institutions
Perspectives
The study is helpful in that it identifies the gaps in the services provided by educational institutions and provides recommendations on how how these gaps can be filled. Educators particularly in developing countries can adopt the recommendations to enhance teaching and learning in their institutions
