What is it about?

This is a teaching case study that explores some of the challenges of running a successful restaurant that provides the foundation for an excellent class discussion on business planning and work-life balance issues.

The case study provides a very interesting small business and entrepreneurial case study for those in the restaurant segment of the industry, but works across the discipline and provides lots of interesting topics for a case study paper and class discussion.
