Educational strategies for colonoscopy bowel prep overcome barriers against split-dosing.

What is it about?

We developed a dedicated leaflet which emphasized the importance of an adequate bowel preparation and of adhering to split dose regimen to optimize colon cleansing. The use of the leaflet showed satisfactory uptake of split dose and excellent adherence to preparation scheme for early morning colonoscopy.
