The importance of selecting case that should be diagnosed and treated for odontogenic sinusitis

What is it about?

It's difficult, even for good articles, to define what should be called odontogenic sinusitis and what shouldn't. We comment on a very good article from Simuntis and colleagues, pointing out that case selection is mandatory when we talk about therapeutic success... the point still open to debate is, what should be called a case?
