What is it about?
In this randomized clinical trial, we showed standard CXL offered better anterior corneal flattening in the center and periphery. Two protocols were similarly effective in central cases but not in peripheral KCN. This difference was clinically negligible between two groups.

Our findings show that the accelerated CXL can be used as alternative protocol in treatment of progressive KCN.
